These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Drakos Online, including the game, game servers, website, launcher, account systems, store, community features, subscription services, and any related services made available as part of Drakos Online (collectively, the "Service").
Drakos Online is an online game and related service operated by Unreal Skill Issue LLC.

In these Terms, "Drakos Online", "Drakos", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Drakos Online service operated by Unreal Skill Issue LLC.
By creating an account, accessing the Service, making a purchase, starting a subscription, or otherwise using Drakos Online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. The Service
Drakos Online is an online entertainment service operated by Unreal Skill Issue LLC.
The Service may include, among other things:
- game servers;
- player accounts;
- characters and progression;
- virtual items;
- Drakos Coins;
- optional paid digital content;
- monthly Battle Pass subscriptions;
- community and communication features;
- websites, launchers, and related online services.
Drakos Online may evolve over time. Features, gameplay systems, content, pricing, virtual items, and other parts of the Service may be added, modified, rebalanced, replaced, or removed.
2. Eligibility
You may use Drakos Online only if you are legally permitted to do so.
If you are not legally able to enter into agreements or make purchases independently, you may use the Service or make purchases only with any authorization required from a parent or legal guardian.
By making a purchase or starting a subscription, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Drakos Online is permitted in your location.
3. Accounts
Certain parts of Drakos Online require an account.
When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to provide accurate information.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- securing your account;
- activity performed through your account;
- notifying support if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not intentionally provide false or misleading registration information.
You must not sell, purchase, trade, share, transfer, or give away an account except where an official Drakos Online feature expressly permits it.
Drakos Online staff will never require you to disclose your password.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for taking reasonable measures to protect your account.
Drakos Online is not responsible for losses resulting from:
- voluntarily sharing your credentials;
- using the same compromised password across multiple services;
- unauthorized third-party software installed on your device;
- failing to reasonably secure your account or device.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact support as soon as reasonably possible.
Drakos Online may temporarily restrict access to an account where necessary to investigate suspected compromise, fraud, or security incidents.
5. Rules of Conduct
When using Drakos Online, you must not:
- use cheats, bots, hacks, automation tools, unauthorized scripts, macros, or third-party software intended to provide an unfair advantage;
- modify the game client or game files in an unauthorized manner;
- intercept, manipulate, inject, alter, or interfere with network traffic related to the Service;
- use packet-sniffing or similar tools to obtain information from the Service in an unauthorized manner;
- abuse bugs, glitches, exploits, unintended mechanics, or vulnerabilities;
- intentionally conceal an exploit for the purpose of continuing to benefit from it;
- access or attempt to access systems, accounts, servers, or data without authorization;
- disrupt, attack, overload, damage, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
- perform or participate in denial-of-service attacks;
- create unauthorized tools designed to interact with the game client, servers, or interfaces;
- impersonate staff members, Game Masters, other players, or another person;
- harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, or intentionally target players or staff;
- distribute unlawful, malicious, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or seriously abusive content;
- engage in scams, fraud, account theft, payment fraud, or deceptive conduct;
- use Drakos Online for unlawful activity;
- assist another person in violating these Terms.
This list is not exhaustive.
Conduct that materially harms the Service, its security, game integrity, economy, staff, or community may be treated as a violation even if not expressly listed above.
6. Bugs and Exploits
Players may encounter bugs, glitches, unintended mechanics, or vulnerabilities.
You must not intentionally use a bug or exploit to:
- obtain an unfair advantage;
- generate or duplicate items or currency;
- avoid intended limitations;
- access restricted content;
- damage other players;
- interfere with the game economy;
- interfere with the Service.
Where appropriate, suspected serious exploits should be reported through an official support channel.
Items, currency, progress, or other advantages obtained through an exploit may be corrected or removed.
7. Enforcement
Violations of these Terms may result in enforcement actions including:
- warnings;
- temporary restrictions;
- temporary suspension;
- removal or correction of improperly obtained items, currency, or progress;
- permanent account termination;
- restriction of access to certain features;
- restriction from creating or accessing additional accounts.
Enforcement may depend on the nature, severity, frequency, impact, and circumstances of the violation.
Serious violations may result in immediate action without prior warning.
Attempts to evade an enforcement action through additional accounts, devices, or other methods may result in further restrictions.
8. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Drakos Online does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- server restarts;
- technical problems;
- third-party infrastructure;
- security incidents;
- network failures;
- unexpected errors;
- circumstances outside reasonable control.
No specific level of uptime is guaranteed.
9. Updates, Balancing and Game Changes
Drakos Online is an evolving game.
Gameplay elements may be updated or rebalanced, including:
- characters;
- classes;
- statistics;
- skills;
- monsters;
- quests;
- drop rates;
- maps;
- items;
- currencies;
- progression systems;
- combat systems;
- rewards;
- Battle Pass content;
- game mechanics.
A virtual item or gameplay feature may therefore change after it has been obtained or purchased.
Purchasing access to digital content does not guarantee that its gameplay characteristics will remain unchanged forever.
10. Resets, Rollbacks and Wipes
Server resets, rollbacks, wipes, or corrections may occur where reasonably necessary for:
- technical recovery;
- development;
- maintenance;
- game balancing;
- security;
- exploit mitigation;
- economy management;
- data correction.
Gameplay progress, characters, inventories, rankings, or other game data may consequently change or be lost.
Where reasonably possible, Drakos Online may attempt to preserve legitimate player data.
Purchased Drakos Coins
A routine gameplay wipe or reset does not, by itself, cause legitimately purchased and unused Drakos Coins to expire.
Purchased Coins and ordinary gameplay progression may be treated differently during resets or wipes.
11. Digital Products
Drakos Online may offer optional paid digital products.
These may include:
- Drakos Coins;
- virtual items;
- cosmetic content;
- digital services;
- account-related features;
- Battle Pass subscriptions;
- other clearly identified digital content.
Paid products are optional unless expressly stated otherwise.
The applicable product, price, currency, and payment structure will be displayed before the purchase is completed.
12. Drakos Coins
Drakos Online may offer a virtual currency known as Drakos Coins ("Coins").
Coins are digital content intended solely for use within the Drakos Online ecosystem.
Purchasing Coins does not create a subscription.
Coin packages are one-time purchases unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
13. Drakos Coins Do Not Expire
Drakos Coins do not expire.
Unused Coins are not removed, reduced, or invalidated merely because:
- time has passed;
- the account has been inactive;
- a Battle Pass subscription has expired;
- a Battle Pass subscription has been cancelled.
Routine gameplay wipes or resets do not cause legitimately purchased unused Coins to expire solely as a result of the wipe or reset.
The non-expiration of Coins does not constitute a guarantee that the Service or a particular account will remain available indefinitely.
14. No Real-World Monetary Value
Drakos Coins:
- are not real-world money;
- are not electronic money;
- have no cash value outside Drakos Online;
- cannot be withdrawn;
- cannot be redeemed for cash;
- cannot be converted into fiat currency or cryptocurrency;
- cannot be exchanged for another monetary instrument;
- cannot be transferred between players unless an official feature expressly permits it;
- cannot be sold or exchanged outside authorized Drakos Online systems.
Purchasing Coins provides a limited right to use those Coins within the Service.
It does not provide ownership of a financial or monetary asset.
15. Coin Balances
Coin balances are maintained through Drakos Online systems.
A Coin balance may be corrected where reasonably necessary because of:
- technical errors;
- duplicate crediting;
- payment reversals;
- refunded transactions;
- unauthorized transactions;
- fraudulent activity;
- exploitation of bugs or vulnerabilities;
- administrative errors.
Legitimately obtained Coins will not otherwise be removed merely because time has passed.
16. Coin Package Changes
The price, quantity, bonuses, or structure of future Coin packages may change.
Changes to future Coin packages do not by themselves reduce the number of legitimately purchased Coins already credited to an account.
Promotional bonuses may be subject to additional conditions disclosed when the promotion is offered.
17. Battle Pass
Drakos Online may offer an optional Battle Pass as a separate paid digital product.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, the Battle Pass is a monthly recurring subscription.
The Battle Pass and Drakos Coins are separate products.
Purchasing Coins does not subscribe you to the Battle Pass.
Purchasing or cancelling a Battle Pass does not cause your unused Drakos Coins to expire.
18. Battle Pass Subscription Benefits
An active Battle Pass may provide access to benefits identified when the subscription is offered.
Depending on the current Battle Pass, these may include:
- additional reward tracks;
- virtual items;
- cosmetics;
- progression rewards;
- account features;
- other in-game benefits.
The specific benefits available may change between Battle Pass periods.
Starting a Battle Pass does not guarantee that every future Battle Pass will contain the same rewards, quantity of content, or features.
19. Monthly Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise clearly stated before purchase, a Battle Pass subscription:
- begins when the initial payment is successfully completed;
- provides access for the applicable paid billing period;
- automatically renews each month;
- continues renewing until cancelled.
By starting the subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the price and billing frequency displayed before checkout.
The applicable subscription price and currency will be shown before you confirm the purchase.
20. Subscription Billing
The payment method associated with the Battle Pass subscription may be automatically charged for each renewal until the subscription is cancelled.
The billing date is generally based on the date or billing cycle associated with the subscription.
Payment processing may occur through a third-party payment provider.
A successful initial payment does not guarantee that future renewal payments will be approved.
21. Cancelling the Battle Pass
You may cancel your Battle Pass subscription through the official subscription-management method made available by Drakos Online.
Cancellation prevents future renewals.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period;
- you retain access to the Battle Pass until the end of that period;
- you will not be charged for the following billing period after a valid cancellation has taken effect.
You should cancel before the next renewal if you do not want the subscription to renew.
Deleting the game, uninstalling the launcher, stopping gameplay, or becoming inactive does not automatically cancel a subscription.
22. Effect of Battle Pass Cancellation
When the paid subscription period ends:
- access to subscription-only features may end;
- future Battle Pass progression may become unavailable;
- benefits requiring an active subscription may stop;
- no further recurring payment will be due unless the subscription is restarted.
Virtual rewards already legitimately claimed are not automatically removed solely because the subscription ends, unless the relevant reward was expressly described as requiring an active subscription.
Normal game updates, balancing, wipes, enforcement actions, and other provisions of these Terms continue to apply to such virtual rewards.
Unused Drakos Coins are unaffected by the cancellation of a Battle Pass.
23. Failed Subscription Payments
A Battle Pass renewal may fail because of an expired payment method, insufficient funds, payment-provider rejection, fraud-prevention measures, or other payment issues.
If a renewal payment fails:
- access to Battle Pass benefits may be temporarily restricted;
- additional payment attempts may occur through the payment provider;
- the subscription may enter an unpaid, past-due, suspended, or similar state;
- the subscription may ultimately be cancelled if payment cannot be collected.
Drakos Online is not required to provide Battle Pass access for a period that has not been successfully paid for.
24. Battle Pass Price Changes
The price of future Battle Pass billing periods may change.
Where required or reasonably appropriate, users will be informed of material price changes before they apply to a future renewal.
A new price does not retroactively change a billing period that has already been successfully paid for.
If you do not wish to continue the subscription at a future price, you may cancel before the relevant renewal.
25. Pricing
Before completing a purchase, the checkout will identify the product being purchased and display the applicable price and currency.
For subscription products, the checkout will identify the recurring nature and billing frequency of the payment.
Future prices may change without affecting completed transactions.
Any applicable amounts collected as part of the transaction will be displayed or calculated during checkout where appropriate.
26. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Available payment methods may vary depending on:
- location;
- currency;
- payment provider;
- payment method;
- risk or security requirements.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the selected payment provider to process the applicable transaction.
For recurring products, you authorize recurring payments according to the subscription terms disclosed when the subscription is created.
Unreal Skill Issue LLC is the operator of Drakos Online and the entity providing the Drakos Online Service.
27. Prohibited Payment Activity
You must not:
- use a stolen payment method;
- knowingly use a payment method without authorization;
- provide fraudulent payment information;
- intentionally abuse payment systems;
- intentionally make duplicate fraudulent claims;
- obtain digital content through deceptive payment activity;
- engage in refund or payment-dispute abuse.
Fraudulent payment behavior may result in payment restrictions, account suspension, or account termination.
28. Digital Delivery
Drakos Coins, Battle Pass access, and other virtual purchases are delivered electronically.
Coins
Coin purchases are normally fulfilled when the purchased Coins are credited to the Drakos Online account associated with the transaction following successful payment confirmation.
Battle Pass
Battle Pass access is normally activated after successful confirmation of the initial subscription payment.
Delivery Delays
Delivery is normally automatic but may occasionally be delayed because of:
- payment processing;
- payment review;
- server problems;
- maintenance;
- synchronization delays;
- technical errors;
- fraud-prevention review.
If a payment has successfully completed but the corresponding digital content has not been delivered, you should contact support at support@playdrakos.com.
Transaction and delivery records may be used to verify fulfillment.
29. Refund Policy — One-Time Digital Purchases
Because Drakos Coins and other virtual products are digital content that may be delivered and used shortly after purchase, successfully fulfilled purchases are generally final.
Refund requests may nevertheless be reviewed where appropriate, including cases involving:
- duplicate charges;
- confirmed unauthorized transactions;
- technical failures where the purchased content was not delivered;
- other circumstances where a refund is required.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded.
30. Effect of a Coin Refund
If a Coin purchase is refunded, reversed, or cancelled, Coins associated with that transaction may be removed from the account.
If those Coins have already been used, reasonable adjustments may be made to reverse the effects of the refunded transaction.
This may include correcting:
- Coin balances;
- purchased virtual items;
- related virtual benefits.
These adjustments are intended to restore the account to the position it would reasonably have been in without the refunded transaction.
31. Battle Pass Refunds
Battle Pass charges provide access to a digital subscription for the applicable billing period.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, cancelling the Battle Pass stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid billing period.
Partial or prorated refunds are not automatically provided solely because the subscription is cancelled before the end of a paid period.
Refund requests may still be reviewed for circumstances such as:
- duplicate charges;
- confirmed unauthorized payments;
- failure to provide paid subscription access;
- other circumstances where a refund is required.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded.
32. Cancellation Is Different From a Refund
Cancelling a Battle Pass subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.
Cancellation prevents future renewals.
A refund reverses or returns a payment that has already been made.
Cancelling a subscription does not by itself create an entitlement to a refund of the current billing period.
33. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you do not recognize a payment or believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, you are encouraged to contact Drakos Online support at support@playdrakos.com so the transaction can be investigated.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or otherwise available to you.
A payment dispute submitted in good faith does not automatically constitute a violation of these Terms.
However, fraudulent payment activity may result in restrictions or enforcement.
Examples include:
- knowingly making false payment claims;
- intentionally disputing valid transactions to obtain content without paying;
- repeatedly abusing chargeback systems;
- using unauthorized payment methods;
- attempting to retain purchased content after fraudulently reversing its payment.
If a payment is reversed or refunded, related Coins, Battle Pass access, or other digital content may be removed or restricted.
34. Virtual Items and Assets
Accounts, characters, progression, Coins, items, Battle Pass rewards, currencies, rankings, and other in-game elements are virtual components of the Service ("Virtual Assets").
Virtual Assets do not constitute real-world property or money.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Virtual Assets within Drakos Online in accordance with these Terms.
35. Virtual Asset Changes
Virtual Assets may be modified where reasonably necessary for:
- gameplay balancing;
- updates;
- security;
- bug fixes;
- exploit mitigation;
- technical corrections;
- service development;
- enforcement.
A virtual item may therefore change in statistics, functionality, mechanics, appearance, rarity, or usefulness over time.
Such changes do not convert the Virtual Asset into a real-world financial asset or create a cash redemption right.
36. Intellectual Property
Drakos Online and its original content, including software, code, systems, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, audiovisual material, characters, game mechanics, documentation, and other original materials, are protected intellectual property.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not:
- reproduce;
- commercially exploit;
- redistribute;
- sublicense;
- reverse engineer;
- publish unauthorized copies of;
- create unauthorized derivative services from
protected Drakos Online content.
Your limited permission to access the Service does not transfer ownership of Drakos Online intellectual property to you.
37. Suspension and Termination
Drakos Online may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where reasonably appropriate because of:
- violations of these Terms;
- cheating;
- exploitation;
- fraud;
- payment abuse;
- serious community misconduct;
- security risks;
- unlawful activity;
- attempts to evade previous enforcement.
Termination revokes the right to access the affected account and associated Service features.
38. Purchased Content and Account Enforcement
Purchasing Coins, a Battle Pass, or other digital content does not exempt an account from the rules.
An account may still be suspended or terminated for violations.
The fact that Drakos Coins do not expire does not mean that an account containing Coins cannot be suspended or terminated.
Where a transaction is independently eligible for a refund, an enforcement action does not eliminate any right that cannot be excluded.
39. Service Discontinuation
Unreal Skill Issue LLC may suspend, modify, or discontinue part or all of Drakos Online for operational, technical, security, development, or other legitimate reasons.
If the entire Service permanently ceases operation, continued access to accounts and Virtual Assets may become impossible.
The statement that Drakos Coins do not expire means that Coins do not expire merely because of the passage of time or account inactivity.
It does not constitute a promise or guarantee that Drakos Online will operate indefinitely.
40. Service Records
Drakos Online may maintain records reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and enforce the Service.
These records may include information relating to:
- accounts;
- logins;
- gameplay activity;
- in-game transactions;
- Coin balances and usage;
- purchases;
- Battle Pass subscriptions;
- payment status;
- virtual-item transactions;
- moderation actions;
- suspected cheating;
- suspected exploitation;
- suspected fraud;
- technical errors;
- security incidents.
These records may be used for:
- administration;
- customer support;
- transaction verification;
- digital-delivery verification;
- fraud prevention;
- payment-dispute handling;
- security;
- cheat detection;
- enforcement.
Personal information is additionally handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy.
41. Monitoring
Drakos Online may monitor game activity and communications to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- operate the Service;
- enforce game rules;
- investigate abuse;
- prevent fraud;
- detect cheating;
- maintain security;
- protect players and staff.
Drakos Online does not guarantee that every interaction or communication will be continuously monitored.
42. Communications and User Content
Where the Service allows users to communicate or submit content, users remain responsible for the content they submit.
You must not use Drakos Online systems to distribute content that:
- violates these Terms;
- violates another person's rights;
- materially disrupts the Service;
- contains malicious material;
- is otherwise prohibited by the applicable game rules.
Content may be removed or restricted where reasonably necessary for moderation, safety, security, or enforcement.
43. No Guarantee of Particular Gameplay Results
Drakos Online does not guarantee:
- particular drops;
- rankings;
- progression speed;
- matchmaking results;
- player population;
- item value;
- virtual-item rarity;
- game balance;
- particular future content.
Time spent playing the game does not create a financial claim against Unreal Skill Issue LLC or Drakos Online.
44. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable rules, the Service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted, permanently available, or error-free operation.
Online games may experience:
- bugs;
- downtime;
- balancing changes;
- technical errors;
- network failures;
- exploits;
- rollbacks;
- maintenance;
- unexpected behavior.
Use of the Service is subject to these inherent technical and operational limitations.
45. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable rules, Unreal Skill Issue LLC and Drakos Online are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting solely from ordinary:
- gameplay interruptions;
- maintenance;
- bugs;
- temporary server downtime;
- gameplay balancing;
- loss of ordinary game progress;
- network interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted.
46. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party systems, including:
- payment processors;
- infrastructure providers;
- authentication services;
- communication platforms;
- hosting services.
Use of those third-party systems may also be subject to their own applicable terms and policies.
Drakos Online is not responsible for outages or failures caused solely by independent third-party services outside its reasonable control.
47. Acceptance of Purchase Terms
Before completing a paid transaction, users may be required to confirm acceptance of these Terms and any applicable purchasing, refund, delivery, cancellation, or subscription conditions.
Completing a purchase after those terms have been presented constitutes confirmation of the applicable purchase conditions.
For recurring products, the purchase flow will identify that the product involves recurring charges before the subscription is started.
For one-time Drakos Coin purchases, the purchase flow should identify the purchase as a one-time transaction rather than a recurring subscription.
48. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be modified from time to time to reflect changes to:
- the Service;
- gameplay systems;
- paid products;
- Battle Pass subscriptions;
- payment systems;
- security practices;
- game rules;
- operational requirements.
The current version will be made available through an official Drakos Online channel.
Where appropriate, material changes may be communicated to users.
Continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted.
49. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent possible.
Failure by Unreal Skill Issue LLC or Drakos Online to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision later.
